Christopher Kusan
As a Project Manager for Kusan Construction, Christopher oversees subcontractors and employees on the jobsite, meets with inspectors and ensures code compliance, while working both in the field and in the office. Christopher has developed extensive skills in all aspects of construction and remodeling. Recognized by clients and colleagues as a consummate professional with a high level of integrity, Christopher manages projects with a consistent focus on client satisfaction and impeccable quality standards. He lives in Wake Forest with his wife Sara and twin boys Lincoln and Logan.
Shane Kusan
Shane started working in the construction industry as a teenager and found a lifelong occupation. Beginning as a framer for a construction company specializing in new home developments, he soon worked his way up to Project Management. Shane’s extensive experience is invaluable in both the field and the office. He reads and interprets blueprints, meets with inspectors and ensures code compliance, with a continual focus on customer satisfaction. Overseeing multiple job sites, Shane ensures that each project exceeds client expectations. Shane lives in Youngsville with his wife Marla and his daughter Samantha.
Ryan Watson
After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Building Construction, Ryan kicked off his career in commercial construction, focused on gaining a wholistic view of the building process from the initial design program through final inspections. Over the years he has estimated, value-engineered, managed, supervised, and closed out dozens of projects in Virginia, Washington DC, & New York City. From conceptual design to management, he can step in at any phase and be a value added partner. Ryan lives in Durham with his wife Lilli, cat Zezu, and pup Professor Scroopy Noopers.
